Our Team

Mothusi Lekaukau is the Chief Executive Officer and has over 15 years of experience. He was employed at Fleming Asset Management Botswana for 13 years, culminating in him being Chief Investment Officer at the Company.

Mr Lekaukau’s experience includes investment analysis, company valuation and investment strategy formulation. He earned a BSc Business Computing & IT degree from Aston University in the United Kingdom. He has held the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) credential since 2006 and is a member of the CFA Institute. He completed the Oxford Private Equity Programme, an executive education course, in 2013.

He was an independent non-executive director of Aon Botswana (Pty) Ltd from Dec 2018 to June 2020.
