Our Team

Lindy Motlhwa joined the Company as a Compliance Officer in February 2020. Her duties encompass risk management, monitoring internal controls and advising the Board of Directors on the policies and procedures necessary to comply with the regulatory requirements which the Company is subject to.

Mrs Motlhwa has over 20 years of experience, including 13 years as a fund accountant at her previous employer Fleming Asset Management Botswana. She holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies and has been an Associate of Accounting Technician for over 15 years.

Mrs Motlhwa has a Post Graduate Diploma in Taxation qualification. She has also been awarded the CISI Level 3 Award in Global Financial Compliance.
